John is a retired Railroad Conductor for 34 years, Vice President of the Conductors Union ACRE and former owner of Mancinelli's Catering for 27 years. John has worked for many football organizations for the past 20+ years. Arena teams, including the Florida Bobcats...New England Seawolves...Toronto Phantoms...New Haven Ninjas...Mohegan Wolves and Cedar Rapids Titans. Bennie Armstrong -General Manager


Three year varsity player at Danbury High School, Armstrong headlined as a defensive back and a wide receiver. An All-Conference performer as a senior as a defensive player, Armstrong had a great combination of speed and coverage skills. Armstrong also lettered as a Track and Field participant for 4-years at Danbury.
Armstrong was a 4-year participant of the University of Maryland football program. Under Head Coach Mark Duffner, Armstrong performed as a defensive back and special team standout.

Chris Severino -Northeast Regional Scout

Severino has held a recruiting position with the Connecticut Chiefs since 2014. Chris has an eye for talent and helps Flag Football Players to the Pro Level. Chris has held many titles in the Flag Football community. He has served as Owner/Commissioner of the Greater Connecticut Flag Football Association and also has held National positions with the United States Flag Touch League and Metro Competitor Flag Football Union. Chris resides in West Haven Connecticut and has two daughters Kaitlin and Isabella.

Anthony will serve the Chiefs as the New England Regional Scout. Anthony played varsity football throughout his high school career. Then made his way to amateur football. Anthony began to ignite amateur football in Western Massachusetts by starting his own team by the name of the Pioneer Valley Knights in the New England Football League. After two successful seasons in the "A" conference, Anthony made the move up a conference to the "AA" conference, and won their respected championship after losing only their first game.
